作者：In the last three decades, two landmarktrials, NINDS¹ and ECASS3², have stablished the role of thrombolysis in the treatment of acuteischemic stroke within 4.5 hours from stroke onset.However, despite the effectiveness of alteplase,only a small proportion of patients with acuteischemic stroke can arrive in time to receive the treatment.
